POLYSTER FIBRE PLEATED-METAL (PPP-M)
These are cleanable/ washable panel filters made from rigid non-corrosive metal frames with options per customer applications and progressive polyester non-woven media to enhance the filtration area. The two sides of the filter are sealed in polyurethane for better filtering efficiency. As a result, the filters have an advantage over the competition regarding high dust holding capacity. In addition, the panel filters are available in depths ranging from 1" to 4" depending on the filter face velocity, and filter grades range from G2 to G4 or MERV 1 to MERV-8.
POLYSTER FIBRE PAD-(PFP)
These are cleanable/ washable panel filters made from rigid non-corrosive metal frames with options per customer applications with high loft progressive structure non-woven media. The filters have a heavy-duty metal grid, a permanent on-air exit side, and a removable one on the air entry side. As a result, replacing the filter media pad is easy and convenient, thereby making filters economical over long periods. When used to filter a range of solvents, the filters have the edge over the competition in terms of high dust holding capacity and corrosion resistance. In addition, the panel filters are available in depths ranging from 1" to 4" depending on the filter face velocity.
GLASS FIBRE PAD-(PGP)
These are cleanable/ washable panel filters made from rigid non-corrosive metal frames with progressive glass fiber non-woven media. Aligned with a heavy-duty metal grid, a permanent one on the air exit side, and a removable one on the air entry side, replacement of the filter media pad becomes economical for the clients. The filters have the edge over the competition because of their high dust holding capacity. The panel filters are available in depths ranging from 1" to 4" depending on the filter face velocity.
GLASS FIBRE PLEATED-HT(PGP-HT)
The filters made from rigid non-corrosive metal frames with Glassfibre fire-retardant media can withstand high temperatures ranging up to 350 degrees Celcius pleated to increase filtration area. The filters have the edge over the competition regarding high dust holding capacity and are available in depths ranging from 1" to 6" depending upon the filter face velocity. The two sides of the filter are sealed with sealants suitable to withstand temperatures and provide filtering efficiency are available from G2 to G4 or MERV 1-8.
METALLIC MESH-(PMM)
The cleanable/ washable panel filters made from rigid non-corrosive metal frames constitute knitted wire meshes as filtration media. The filters have a heavy-duty metal grid, a permanent one on the air exit side and a removable one on the air entry side. As a result, replacing the filter media becomes convenient, easy, and economical. The Filtration grade is G2 or MERV 2-4. The panel filters are available in depths ranging from 1" to 4" depending on the filter face velocity.
METALLIC BAFFLE-(PMB)
The baffle filters are efficient and convenient to clean/wash. They have a high aesthetic appearance and are suitable for extracting grease before entering the air ducts in kitchen applications. These filters are manufactured from rigid and non-corrosive metals to ensure long shelf life.
POLYESTER FIBER-POCKET (PPP)
The cleanable pocket filters made from rigid non-corrosive metal frames are integrated with pockets of polyester fiber as filtration media. The pocket filters are available with options of several pockets depending upon the filter face velocity & dust loading. These filters can withstand very high air velocities. Due to their high dust holding capacity, they are used longer than panel pre-filters before cleaning. The filtration grade is G4 or MERV 8.
