GLASSFIBRE MINI PLEAT (HGM)

Our high-efficiency particulate Air filters made of Anodised Aluminium Extruded frame are new generation high efficiency mini-pleat microfine glass fiber media with hotmelt separators. The filtration grades range from H13 to U15, and the filters are available in various depths from 2" to 5" with suitable media pleat packs to cater to customer requirements. The expanded metal grills on both sides of the filter offer increased strength and, more importantly, act as a faceguard to avoid damages during handling and installation. Each filter is tested for efficiency as per EN 1822 and provided with a test certificate.






GLASSFIBRE DEEP PLEAT (HGD)

The high-efficiency Particulate Air filters are manufactured from high strength Anodised Aluminium frame with deep-pleat micro-fine glass fiber media and corrugated metal separators. The filters with optional expanded metal grills on both sides offer enhanced strength and act as a faceguard to avoid damages during handling and installation. Each filter is tested for efficiency as per EN 1822 and provided with a test certificate. The filtration grades are H13 & H14 and are available in 2 standard depths of 6" & 12" with suitable media pleat packs to cater to the varied flow requirements of customers.

As per customer applications, the high-efficiency Particulate Air filters are manufactured from rigid non-corrosive metal frames. The micro-fine Glassfibre fire-retardant media with corrugated separators can withstand high temperatures ranging up to 350 degrees Celcius pleated to increase filtration area. The Filtration grades are H13 & H14, with filters available in standard depths of 6" & 12" with suitable media pleat packs to cater to customer requirements. In addition, the filters have optional expanded metal grills on both sides that offer strength and act as a faceguard to avoid damages during handling and installation. Each filter is tested for efficiency as per EN 1822 and provided with a test certificate.

GLASSFIBRE V BANK-PLASTIC (HGV-P)

The mini-pleated microfine glass fiber media with hotmelt separators ensure that the filters have high filtration efficiency. The filter's shape and construct make it the best alternative to other types of filters of the same grade. Easy to install and light in weight, these filters are the best replacement to conventional filters where laminarity to airflow is not required. The filters come in standard depths of 12" with H13 & H14 filtration grades.










GLASSFIBRE V BANK-METAL (HGV-M)

Our HEPA Filters are manufactured from high-strength metal casings. These efficient filters are V-shape and built on a new generation high efficiency. The mini-pleated microfine glass fiber media with hotmelt separators ensure that the filters have high filtration efficiency. The filter's shape and construct make it the best alternative to other types of filters of the same grade. Easy to install and light in weight, these filters are the best replacement to conventional filters where laminarity to airflow is not required. The filters come in standard depths of 12" with H13 & H14 filtration grades.
