Fine Filter

POLYESTER PLEATED (FPP)

The fine dust filters made from rigid non-corrosive metal frames combine HDPE, progressive polyester non-woven, and aluminum mesh as filtration media. The filters have the edge over the competition regarding high dust holding capacity. The fine dust filters are available in standard depths of 6" & 12" depending upon the filter face velocity with filtration grades ranging from F5 to F7 or MERV 10 TO 13. The two sides of the filter are sealed in polyurethane for enhanced filtering efficiency.



GLASSFIBRE DEEP PLEAT(FGD)

The fine dust filters made from rigid non-corrosive metal frames with micro-fine glass fiber media, corrugated separators in deep pleated style allow higher flow, velocity, and dust holding. The filters have the edge over the competition regarding high dust holding capacity. Available in standard depths of 6" & 12" depending upon the filter face velocity, the filtration grades range from F5 to F9 or MERV 10-16. All four sides of the filter are sealed in polyurethane for enhanced filtering efficiency and available in single, double flange.

GLASSFIBRE MINI PLEAT (FGM)

These fine dust filters are manufactured from rigid Anodised Aluminium extrusions with (new-gen), high-efficiency mini-pleated microfine glass fiber media with hotmelt separators. The filters have the edge over the competition regarding their high dust holding capacity. Available in a range of depths from 2" to 6" depending upon the filter face velocity, the filtration grades range from F5 to F9 or MERV 9-16. All four sides of the filter are sealed in polyurethane for enhanced filtering efficiency with a single, double, or no header flange. Screen reader support enabled.

GLASSFIBRE V BANK-PLASTIC (FGV-P)

The fine dust filters manufactured from high-strength plastic casings in V-shape (new-gen) include high-efficiency mini-pleated microfine glass, fiber media, and hotmelt separators. The high filtration area and efficiency are primarily due to the V-shape and low initial pressure drop, making it the best alternative to pocket and panel filters within the same grade. The filters come in standard depths of 12" and filtration grades range from F5 to F9 or MERV 10-16.




SYNTHETIC MELTBLOWN-POCKET (FMP)

Air Cleanable pocket filters made from rigid non-corrosive metal frames with pockets of synthetic melt-blown incorporated between PP spunbond media as a filtration medium. The pocket filters are available with multiple pocket options depending upon the filter face velocity & dust loading capacity. The added advantage is that these filters withstand very high air velocities. Additionally, filters can be utilised for a longer duration than panel pre-filters because of their high dust holding capacity. The Filtration grade range from M5 to F9 or MERV 9-16.
